Nicole Joy-Drager

Nicole is a seasoned Human Resources professional with nearly a decade of experience in the field. Over the years, she has honed her skills in various aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

Nicole attended the University of Washington where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration. In 2023, Nicole earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, a testament to her dedication to staying abreast of industry best practices and enhancing her proficiency in HR strategy and compliance.

Nicole embarked on a fulfilling Human Resources journey in 2014 when she started as an HR Generalist at The Rehabilitation Center at Sandalwood, where her passion for cultivating a positive work environment and fostering employee relations first took root.

In 2018, Nicole was promoted to the role of Total Rewards Manager at Colavria Hospitality and in 2021, she was promoted to the position of People and Culture Manager where she demonstrated a keen understanding of compensation and benefits strategies, as well as broadening her scope to encompass employee engagement, project management, talent development, and cultural enhancement.

The culmination of Nicole’s career journey at Colavria occurred in 2023 when she was appointed as the Director of People Culture. Nicole is excited about the future, continually seeking new challenges and opportunities to make meaningful contributions to the success of both employees and the communities she serves.
