Kim Edman

Kim Edman is the Director of Business Development for Colavria Hospitality. She has worked in health care and senior living since 2004. She is a licensed nursing home administrator and is certified in managing Assisted Living and Memory Support communities in Texas and Colorado. Kim has experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors of health care.

Kim’s operational experience provides her with a firsthand understanding of the challenges post-acute and senior living operators face. In her current role, she works with clients to understand their challenges and then works with the Colavria team to customize the support needed.

As a Sales and Marketing professional, Kim developed new strategies for census development and for growing premium census case mixes for skilled nursing facilities. She has also served as the lead marketing professional in opening premier skilled nursing facilities in Texas.

Kim loves her family, spending time outdoors and is most passionate about her bike! She lives in Golden and is absolutely loving Colorado.
