Director of Clinical Operations
Jodi is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with a diverse healthcare background. After earning her LPN license right out of high school, she went on to complete her RN degree at Marian University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Over the years, she has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including post-acute care, long-term care, rehabilitation, and secured memory care communities. Her experience extends across multiple states, including Indiana, Kentucky, and Colorado.
In addition to her hands-on nursing roles, Jodi has also served as a long-term care state surveyor, conducting inspections and ensuring quality standards in both Indiana and Colorado. This experience has given her a unique perspective on healthcare compliance and the regulatory side of patient care.
Jodi is particularly passionate about working with the elderly, driven by a commitment to improving their quality of life. She believes in caring for the whole person—physically, emotionally, and socially—striving to create an environment where seniors can maintain dignity, independence, and a sense of joy.
Outside of her professional life, Jodi is the proud mother of three adult children and a grandmother. She enjoys outdoor activities, baking, true crime shows and is a fan of football and basketball. In her spare time, she loves to read murder mysteries and historical non-fiction. She listens to a variety of music genres, and attends concerts, movies, and Broadway plays.
