Jacke Khantivong, BA, MSOT, OTR/L
Director of Therapy Operations
Jacke has been part of the Colavria Hospitality family since 2014, bringing a passion for health and fitness. She began her career here as an occupational therapist, later transitioning to Director of Rehabilitation, and was ultimately promoted to her current role as Director of Therapy Operations for Colavria Therapy Services in 2022. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies and Nutrition in 2006, followed by a master’s in occupational therapy from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts, in 2007.
Jacke has extensive experience in the healthcare field, having worked in home health, acute care, inpatient rehab, and both short- and long-term care settings. She has treated patients with a wide range of conditions, from orthopedic issues to neuromuscular diseases, particularly in older adults. Additionally, she is accredited as a fieldwork educator through Colorado State University and is certified in Physical Agent Modalities, utilizing tools such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound. Her diverse background gives her a unique perspective on patient care and rehabilitation.
Originally from West Hartford, Connecticut, Jacke now calls Denver home, where she lives with her partner, Will. She provides compassionate care to her patients, helping them achieve their goals. Known for her exceptional communication skills and enthusiasm, Jacke works effectively with her team, colleagues, patients, and their families. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
