Important COVID-19 Information

We continue to follow current COVID-19 guidance from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for long term care centers and communities.

Enhanced Precautions are in Place:

  • Monitoring all employees who are working, residents, patients, and visitors daily for symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Practicing good hand hygiene often.
  • Encouraging physical distancing of at least 6 feet when possible.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting high touch surfaces daily.
  • Requiring all employees, providers, and visitors, wear a well-fitting face mask at all times while in the community.
  • Encouraging residents and patients to wear a face mask while out of their room or when others enter their room.
  • Using personal protective equipment (PPE) including a facemask, gloves, gown, and eye protection as required.
  • Participating in staff and resident COVID-19 testing based on community transmission levels.
  • Hosting vaccination clinics for residents and staff.

Prevent the Spread of COVID-19 When Visiting

  • Clean your hands often with hand sanitizer.
  • Wear a well-fitting facemask over your nose and mouth for the entire visit.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Maintain at least 6 feet of physical distance.
  • If you have been in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, please do not visit. People can be contagious and spread the virus without having any symptoms.
  • If you are not feeling well do not visit and if you feel sick after a visit, get tested for COVID-19.
  • If you learn that you are positive for COVID-19 following a visit in the past 2 weeks, please notify our community right away so we can monitor your loved one for symptoms.
  • Close contact with someone who is positive for COVID-19 increases your risk of becoming infected whether you are vaccinated or unvaccinated.
  • Get Vaccinated – COVID-19 vaccines are effective at keeping you from getting COVID-19, especially severe illness, and death. Vaccines are safe, effective, and free!

Thank you for your understanding and support as we work together to ensure the safety of your loved one during these challenging times. We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions.
