Hannah Duerst

Hannah is originally from Wisconsin. In 2019 she graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire’s Healthcare Administration program. Hannah’s passion for long term care started in high school when she worked as a certified nursing assistant.

Prior to coming to Westlake Care Community, Hannah worked as the administrator at The Rehabilitation Center at Sandalwood, Westlake’s sister facility. She also worked for Colavria’s, Saint Paul Health Center, as both the Admissions and Marketing Director and the Assistant Nursing Home Administrator.

Hannah’s favorite part of being an Administrator is forming relationships with her residents and staff. When she is not working, Hannah enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and hiking the 14-ers of Colorado.
